Visitors Guide

This page explains how the Wagner Studios site is put together so you waste less time guessing where a file lives. Most pages are hand written html with local images, which keeps hosting simple and makes the site easy to mirror or save to disk if you want an offline copy of one recipe or article.

Open books on a table for casual reading at home

1. Start at the main index. The Wagner Studios home page lists the large sections in one column. That list is the fastest map to Cat_Corner, the recipe index, the Calvin snowmen gallery, the George Wagner family site, and the two art domains we still point to from here.

2. Use Cat_Corner for game and fan files. The Cat_Corner hub opens Animal Crossing news, codes, cat facts, Avatar fanfic links, and the Art of All Kinds folder. Those child pages were built across many years, so expect different background colors and font sizes as you move between them.

3. Print recipes from the documents folder. Open Recipes when you want the master list. Individual dishes live as separate html files under the same documents path. If a page prints with extra margins, use your browser print dialog to shrink the scale slightly before you print a second copy.

4. Family topics and hobbies. The George Wagner family web site link on the home page gathers flying, rocketry, racing, and other hobby sections that grew on their own subpages. Treat that page like a second menu rather than a long article.

5. Email when a link fails. The home page still lists the wagnerstudios.org contact address at the top. Send the exact page name, what you clicked, and what you expected to see. We cannot promise same day answers, but we do file real reports when a path changes after a server move.

If you arrived from an old bookmark that pointed to index_htm.html, both that file and index.html aim at the same front door style list. You can stay on whichever filename your bookmark uses. When a graphic looks soft on a high resolution screen, that is normal for gif and jpeg art from older cameras.
